@Graph
Intuitive Data Visualization, Analysis, & Statistics for macOS

Public Beta Available - Join on TestFlight

Overview

@Graph is a macOS application for data visualization, analysis, and statistics. Intuitive enough for students, powerful enough for rigorous scientific research, including electrophysiology, fluorescence microscopy, omics, and other experimental data.

Features

High-performance plotting

Render large datasets smoothly with interactive graphs and charts.

Fluorescence microscopy analysis

Open z-series and time-series images, plot ROI values, and quantify changes in fluorescence in one application.

Easy “omics” visualization

Volcano plots, heatmaps, dot plots, UpSet, Venn diagrams and many others.

Scientific file support

Import a wide variety of research data formats, including for neurophysiology, imaging, and genomics data sets.

Analysis tools

Process, measure, and extract meaning from experimental data.

Statistics tools

@Graph automatically identifies and applies appropriate statistical tests to help you better understand your data.

AI Assistant

Choose among several AI assistants and work with your data using plain English.

Export elegant charts and graphs

Easily export your data to a variety of image formats, including vector-based SVG.

Native for macOS

Built for Apple silicon for an intuitive and modern macOS experience.

User Guide

Getting started, file formats, graphs and charts, statistics, electrophysiology and imaging analysis, omics plots, the AI Assistant and keyboard shortcuts: the complete @Graph User Guide, the same guide as Help › @Graph User Guide in the app.

More Apps

@Stat

Just the statistics: a lightweight app with @Graph's rigorous tests and elegant charts, without the full analysis suite.

@Cam

Live microscope camera imaging: view, measure, and capture with research cameras or inexpensive USB microscope cameras.

Privacy

AtGraph LLC receives no data from @Graph: no accounts, analytics, advertising or tracking. Your files stay on your Mac.

The AI Assistant is optional. When you use it, your questions and the data or charts you ask it to work with go directly from your Mac to the provider you choose: Apple Private Cloud Compute, or Anthropic, OpenAI, Google or xAI with your own API key. Nothing is sent until you choose a provider and ask a question.
