Works with the cameras you have
USB3 Vision and GigE Vision cameras, USB microscope and eyepiece cameras, webcams, the Mac's built-in camera, and iPhone through Continuity Camera.
From specimen to calibrated, presentable images in a few clicks.
Public Beta Available - Join on TestFlight@Cam by @Graph is a native macOS application for live view, measurement, and capture with microscope cameras. Connect a scientific camera or an inexpensive USB microscope camera, and @Cam recognizes it, shows only the controls it actually has, in plain language, and turns it into a complete imaging station.
USB3 Vision and GigE Vision cameras, USB microscope and eyepiece cameras, webcams, the Mac's built-in camera, and iPhone through Continuity Camera.
Exposure, gain, white balance, focus, resolution, and frame rate, with friendly labels. Features a camera lacks stay out of the way.
A live histogram with draggable black and white points and a bendable curve, plus false-color tables, including an emission-wavelength (λ) slider for fluorescence.
Shading correction for uneven lighting, white balance from any white or gray area, and rotation and flipping for eyepiece cameras.
A focus meter, focus peaking that highlights sharp edges, and focus stacking for an all-in-focus image of thick specimens.
Calibrate once with a stage micrometer, then measure lengths, angles, and areas in micrometers, count cells, and add labels and arrows. Copy results into @Graph or @Stat.
A round-length scale bar calibrated for each camera, black or white for contrast, and stored in raw TIFFs for ImageJ/Fiji.
Raw 8- or 16-bit TIFF or images as displayed, frame averaging, time-lapse with movie and TIFF stack, and movies in H.264, HEVC, or ProRes.
Side by side, picture in picture, or merged with a slider, such as fluorescence over brightfield. Merge captured channels into one color image.
Present the live image full screen on a projector or second display, with the scale bar and annotations.
A camera @Cam has no driver for? A small bridge program, on your Mac or across the network, serves it to @Cam using the maker's own software. The protocol and a Python starting point come with @Cam.
Built for Apple silicon, with smooth live view and a modern macOS experience in Dark, Light, or System appearance.
From @Graph's makers: measurements paste straight into @Graph and @Stat spreadsheets for analysis and charts.
Getting started, each tab, calibration, snapshots and movies, measuring, mosaics, Shortcuts and troubleshooting: the complete @Cam User Guide, the same guide as Help › @Cam User Guide in the app.
@Cam does not collect, transmit, or store any user data. The live image, your captures, and your measurements stay on your Mac. Network access is used only to talk to GigE Vision cameras on your local network.
